- Managing bookings (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract)

- Booking information: up to 3 years (documentation)
- Analytics data: typically 14 months (Google Analytics)

5. Data Processors & Transfers
We use the following providers:
- Simply.com – website hosting (EU)
- Google Analytics – statistics & analytics (USA)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel – marketing (USA)
Because Google and Meta are based in the United States, some data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
